Protecting Client’s interests is what we do, whether as owner representatives or consultants, we make sure projects are properly executed, on budget, in a timely manner.
The Consulting branch was established in 2017 to complement the Architectural Design services by guaranteeing to clients a successful project process from planning to completion.
By offering a diverse range of services, MSSM ASSOCIATES Consulting can be involved from the Strategy Development Phase, to managing the full spectrum of the Owner Representative services, or by providing a more targeted technical consultancy service, or specialized FF&E Procurement.
Our proposed set of services allow clients to have complete control over their project, through our highly qualified consultants that will follow up every aspect of the project, starting from the tender process, to the construction details and execution, submitting monthly targeted reports and executive summaries.
By acting as Owner Representatives, we shield the clients from all the site and coordination issues, ensuring their interests are protected. When problems are faced on site, often due to site conditions or incomplete drawings, we propose immediate and “on the spot solutions” to keep the construction works on track.
