As part of the Evolo competition, the project investigates an architectural solution that allows for the control and management of hurricanes in high risk areas. The proposed solution aims to reduce the force of hurricanes through lowering the temperature of the sea surface in the storm’s path by means of inducing cold, deep water up-welling through wave action. This is achieved by seeding low-level, maritime stratocumulus cloud-like agents in sensitive coastal regions.
